Dive into the epic saga of our latest "Subject To" adventure, where we swooped in to save the day on a home in pre-foreclosure in the Spring area. Picture this: a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath house, leased out to a niece who stopped making payments. We were the heroes who stepped in with a "Subject To" deal, keeping the mortgage intact to help the homeowner/aunt maintain her credit score. Our plan? Flip the house within a year, all while keeping the mortgage active.

At first glance, the house was in decent shape, but we had to tackle a new roof and a fence, which we hadn't bargained for. But, we didn't let that stop us. We spruced it up with a fresh coat of designer paint, a brand new floor, updated bathrooms, sleek quartz countertops, and top-notch plumbing and lighting fixtures. The result? A home that was not only ready to sell but also turned heads in the neighborhood. Seriously. A neighbor copied our exterior color scheme within a week.
